Noah Glassman is a Senior Partner at Health & Benefits Partners, a small business employee benefits firm focusing on businesses in the Delaware Valley with 2 to 100 employees. He has worked in the industry since 2007 beginning with AIG, Cigna and Independence Blue Cross. Noah resides in Media and loves spending time with his wife and two children, calls himself a 4 for 4 Philadelphia sports fan and in his rare alone time he likes to workout or ride his bike.

What Noah enjoys most about working in an organization that focuses on small business is that you can develop relationships that go much deeper than any other segment he’s ever worked in. “Our clients are the same businesses my family and I patron, that I run into when I’m walking around my neighborhood, and that often times becomes friends with and that is the best part of what we do.”
